Unfortunately, we are unable to accept catering from other venues. However, our menus are fully customisable to best fit your needs. Kindly speak with our events team to see how we may tailor the menu to fully meet your event needs.

We offer a variety of curated and customisable set menus and canapés, as well as drink packages, which we are happy to tailor to your preferences and specific requirements.

From the hotel’s Lobby Bar, a 3-hour free-flow drink package is available; alternatively, you may also opt to purchase individual bottles from our extensive curation of wines, spirits and cocktails.

Our Lobby Bar offers an extensive collection of wines and spirits for your selection; however, should you need to bring your own bottles, we’re happy to accommodate your request, subject to prevailing corkage fees.

For exclusive buy-outs of the hotel, we’re happy to accommodate your choice of music. The Den is equipped with a bluetooth sound system for your use.

We kindly request a 50% deposit of the minimum spend or of the total event costs (whichever is higher).

Payments via credit card are welcome.

Unfortunately, the minimum spend should solely come from the hotel’s charges, and not external arrangements.
