What is the check-in & check-out times?
Our check in time is 2.00pm & check out time is 12 noon.
Can I request a late check-out or early check-in?
Certainly. Late check-out & early check-in requests are subject to availability. Please call or enquire with the front desk the day you arrive / depart to see if there is availability. We are a boutique hotel with limited inventory and though endeavor to make it possible – we cannot always grant these requests.
What are the charges for a late check-out?
If the extension request is within two hours after checking-out time, we’d be more than happy to accord this at no extra charge / fee. However, if you require a longer extension, a half-day room charge (check out before 6pm) or a full-day charge (check out after 6pm) would be applicable.
Is smoking allowed in the room?
Our hotel is a non-smoking property thus smoking is strictly not allowed in our rooms. Anyone caught smoking in a room will be charged a SGD 250 cleanup fee. Please approach our front desk to check on the location of the designated smoking areas in the vicinity of the building.
Do you have high-speed wireless internet access / WIFI available?
Yes, complimentary high-speed internet / WIFI access is available throughout the hotel; in all guestrooms & public spaces. One can sign in on multiple devices with no password required.
Do you have a gym in the hotel?
We do not have a gym on-premises; however, we are located on a beautiful running path along the Singapore River, and, also have a rooftop infinity pool. We do have 2 bicycles available on a first-come-first-serve complimentary basis for guests to use. Please approach the Front Desk to make your cycling arrangements.
Do you allow dogs/pets?
We love dogs & pets but unfortunately, we do not allow them at the hotel. Certified Guide Dogs are however permitted.
Do you have a business center?
No, we do not have a business center. However, if you require any printing / faxing service, please do not hesitate to approach the Front Desk for assistance.
Do you have a swimming pool?
Yes, we do have an infinity pool on our rooftop (2nd floor) overlooking Robertson Quay. It is 1.2m deep all through. The pool is open daily from 0700am to 1000pm.
Is your swimming pool child friendly?
While we do allow children in our pool, they must be supervised by an adult at all times. Swimming is at your own risk as we have no lifeguard on duty.
Do you have a spa in the hotel?
No, we do not have a spa in the hotel. Our helpful front desk staff can point you toward a recommended nearby option.
How do I get to the hotel from the airport?
We suggest getting a taxi from the airport which takes approx. 30 mins & costs about SGD $25 -30. You can tell your driver you are going to “320 Havelock Road in Robertson Quay.”
Taxis are safe, regulated & readily available. One can also use ride hailing applications – Grab and/or GoJek being the preferred in Singapore.
What is the nearest MRT Station to the hotel?
The closest MRT station is Havelock MRT station(Exit 4), a ~8 minute walk, Fort Canning MRT station (800m away), or a ~10 minute walk and / or Tiong Bahru MRT (2km away) station which is 3km away, or a ~15 minute walk.

Do you offer a shuttle service from the airport?
We do not provide any shuttle service from the airport however we’d be happy to set up a private car transfer service for you.

Do you have parking space in the hotel?
Yes, we do have limited parking spaces for our guests, however, they are on a first come, first served basis. There are other parking lots nearby that we can recommend: Four Points by Sheraton Hotel (directly next door) and King’s Centre.
Do you have rollaway beds provided for a third person?
Unfortunately, we do not provide extra beds in the hotel aside from baby cribs. All our rooms are equipped with 1 king-sized bed. If you are a family of 3 or more (with children older than toddler age), the best arrangement would be to book 2 separate rooms. You may request for adjacent rooms which will be subject to availability.
What is the minimum age requirement for checking in?
You must be 21 years of age with a valid official identification (ie. Passport, valid Photographed ID) to check in to the hotel.
What is your cancellation policy/deposit policy?
We require a credit card at the time of booking. Our deposit and cancellation policy depend on the type of room and rates booked.
Do you have connecting rooms?
Unfortunately, we do not have connecting rooms available.
Do you have wheelchair accessible rooms?
Yes, we do have one wheelchair accessible room on the first floor of the hotel. Prior arrangement needs to be made to check for availability.

What are the operating hours of The Lobby Bar?
Weekdays (Sundays to Thursdays) & Public Holidays from 11am – 12am.
Weekends (Fridays to Sundays) & Eve of Public Holidays from 11am – 1am.
Is room service available daily?
Room service is available from 1200hrs to 2200hrs daily.
What mode of payment(s) are accepted at the hotel?
Please note that The Warehouse Hotel is cashless.
We accept all major credit cards. All payments can be done by Visa, Master, Amex, JCB, Union Pay, Grab Pay, PayLah and PayNow.
When you check into the hotel, we will hold the full room charges on your card and will also collect an incidental deposit of SGD100 per night. This amount will be released back to your card (within 48-96 hours) upon check-out should no further services are consumed.
Does your hotel provide a baby crib / cot?
We have cribs for children up to 4 years old. The crib size is 24″ x 38.” Please let us know if you would like to reserve as they are subject to availability.
Do you have two single beds in any of the rooms?
Our hotel has only one king-sized bed in each room.
Do you have a private function room?
